IT’S NOT YOU. IT’S YOUR CIRCLE.

IT’S NOT YOU. IT’S YOUR CIRCLE.

Have you ever felt stuck?

Like you’re working hard, trying to grow, trying to elevate, trying to become the woman you know you’re capable of being—but somehow you’re not moving forward?

Before you blame yourself, take a look around.

Because sometimes it’s not you.

It’s your circle.

The people around you influence more than you realize.

Your mindset.

Your confidence.

Your habits.

Your standards.

Your vision.

You can have a million-dollar dream and still stay stuck in an environment that doesn’t support growth.

Not everyone in your life is assigned to your next chapter.

Some people are comfortable with the version of you that plays small.

The version that doesn’t challenge them.

The version that never changes.

And the moment you start evolving, they become uncomfortable.

Pay attention.

Do the people around you inspire growth or gossip?

Do they celebrate your wins or compete with them?

Do they encourage your dreams or constantly point out why something won’t work?

Do they challenge you to become better—or keep reminding you who you used to be?

The right circle will push you.

The right circle will support you.

The right circle will remind you of your potential when you forget.

The wrong circle will drain your energy, your confidence, and sometimes even your belief in yourself.

Here’s the truth:

Flowers don’t bloom in every environment.

Neither do you.

Sometimes growth requires distance.

Sometimes elevation requires separation.

And sometimes the next level of your life begins when you stop apologizing for outgrowing people, places, and conversations that no longer align with where you’re going.

Protect your peace.

Protect your vision.

Protect your future.

Because the right circle doesn’t fear your growth.

They water it.

And maybe the reason you’re not evolving isn’t because you’re not capable.

Maybe it’s because you’ve been trying to bloom in the wrong environment.
