Hello there and welcome to your winning era!  I’m Kyla D. Hughes—Founder and Publisher of She’s Winning Magazine, a woman who believes reinvention has no timeline and fabulous has no age limit.

But She’s Winning didn’t come from a marketing idea. It came from my life.

I know what it feels like to reach a point where you look at yourself and realize, I want more. More peace. More purpose. More freedom. More of the woman I know I was created to be.

 

For me, that realization became clearer after 50. I stopped shrinking to fit places I had outgrown. I became more intentional about who and what had access to me. I stopped believing that getting older meant my best years were behind me.

In many ways, I feel like I’m just getting started.

I’ve learned that winning doesn’t always look like having everything figured out. Sometimes winning is choosing yourself. Walking away. Starting again. Setting the boundary. Becoming sober-minded and clear about your life. Letting go of who you thought you had to be and finally giving yourself permission to become her.

That woman is who She’s Winning Magazine was created for.

The woman over 40 who still has dreams.

The woman who has survived some things, learned some things and is ready for something new.

 

The woman who knows there is more for her—and is no longer apologizing for wanting it.

I created She’s Winning to be a place where we celebrate that woman. Her reinvention. Her style. Her success. Her softness. Her ambition. Her story.

Because I don’t believe we are starting over.

We are starting aligned.

And at this stage of my life, I know exactly who I am.

I am still evolving.

Still becoming.

Still dreaming bigger.

And most importantly—

I’m winning and you can too!
