Ms. Kyla D. Hughes is visionary, publisher, and transformational voice inspiring women over 40 to embrace their next chapter with clarity, confidence, and purpose. A native of Dayton, Ohio, and the daughter of a devoted preacher, Kyla has dedicated her life to empowering women to reinvent themselves and boldly pursue the life they deserve. Her mission began with hosting successful women's empowerment brunches in Columbus, Ohio, bringing together entrepreneurial women from all walks of life to connect, collaborate, and win together.
Today, that vision has evolved into She's Winning Magazine-a luxury quarterly online magazine celebrating fabulous women over 40 who are redefining success, embracing reinvention, and living life on their own terms. Kyla believes every woman has a story worth telling, and every story deserves to be heard, honored, and celebrated. Through inspiring interviews, powerful features, and opportunities for women to share their journeys, She's Winning Magazine shines a spotlight on women whose lives encourage others to dream bigger, live bolder, and never stop becoming.
Following the loss of both of her parents, she created She's Winning Magazine not only as a platform to celebrate extraordinary women, but also as a living tribute to the faith, strength, and values her parents instilled in her-a legacy she now shares with women around the world.
