She’s Winning: Tell us who you are and what you do.

Brittany Nicole: I am the Founder and CEO of Brittany Nicole Brand, a full-service PR and branding firm serving independently owned brands, small businesses, corporations, and celebrity clients. I’m also a serial entrepreneur, journalist, creative director, consultant, and graphic designer. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building and leading several businesses and organizations focused on empowering people, creating opportunities, and helping brands grow through strategic partnerships and visibility.

She’s Winning: What inspired you to start your business, brand, or journey?

Brittany Nicole: Freedom. Entrepreneurship wasn’t something I intentionally pursued. It came about as I transitioned out of my traditional career and realized I wanted to live and work in my purpose while maintaining flexibility for my family. I leaned into my gifts and talents and found a way to monetize the things I was naturally passionate about. That decision opened doors I never imagined.

She’s Winning: What has been your biggest challenge, and how did you overcome it?

Brittany Nicole: One of my biggest challenges has been learning how to regulate my closest relationships while maintaining the peace and focus I need to be productive. Many entrepreneurs are naturally passionate about helping others, and sometimes that can make it difficult to establish boundaries. I’ve learned that protecting your peace isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. Setting healthy boundaries has allowed me to show up as the best version of myself in both business and life.

She’s Winning: What advice would you give to a woman who is chasing her dreams?

Brittany Nicole: Be consistent. Be disciplined. Learn from people who have already accomplished what you’re working toward, but most importantly, trust yourself. So many people give up because they don’t know exactly how something will happen. Trust yourself enough to start. Stay committed to your journey, remain authentic, and focus on your purpose. The rest will come together as you continue moving forward.

Brittany Nicole: Winning looks good on me because God created me to win. It’s as simple as that. There is no better feeling than being aligned with your Creator’s divine assignment.
