She’s Winning: Tell us who you are and what you do.

JaQuitta Robinson: My name is JaQuitta Robinson, and I am an award-winning Master Brow Artist, Certified PMU and Paramedical Tattoo Artist, National Board Certified Cardiopulmonary Practitioner, and Founder & CEO of Pretty In Pink Brow & Beauty Bar. I specialize in permanent makeup, brow restoration, and confidence-boosting beauty transformations while providing a luxury client experience.

She’s Winning: What inspired you to start your business, brand, or journey?

JaQuitta Robinson: I was inspired to start Pretty In Pink Brow & Beauty Bar because I wanted to help women feel confident, beautiful, and empowered. After years in the beauty industry, I witnessed firsthand how transformative beauty services can be—not only physically, but emotionally. I wanted to create a space where clients could receive exceptional results while feeling valued, pampered, and cared for.

She’s Winning: What has been your biggest challenge, and how did you overcome it?

JaQuitta Robinson: One of my biggest challenges was overcoming serious health setbacks while continuing to grow my business. After suffering two strokes, I faced uncertainty and physical limitations that could have easily caused me to give up. Instead, I focused on my recovery, leaned on my faith, and remained committed to my purpose. That experience strengthened my resilience and taught me that challenges don’t define your future—they can inspire your greatest growth.

She’s Winning: What advice would you give to a woman who is chasing her dreams?

JaQuitta Robinson: Believe in yourself even when no one else does. Don’t wait for perfect circumstances or approval from others—just start. Stay consistent, work hard, and trust the vision God placed in your heart. There will be obstacles along the way, but every challenge is an opportunity to grow stronger, wiser, and more determined.

She’s Winning: Finish this sentence: “Winning looks good on me because…”

JaQuitta Robinson: Winning looks good on me because every victory represents resilience, perseverance, and faith. It reminds me that despite life’s challenges, setbacks, and obstacles, I never gave up on myself, my purpose, or my dreams.

Why She’s Winning

JaQuitta Robinson is winning because she has transformed adversity into purpose and passion into impact. Through her award-winning work in the beauty industry, her commitment to empowering women, and her unwavering determination in the face of health challenges, she continues to inspire others to believe in themselves and pursue their dreams. Her story is a reminder that true beauty begins with confidence, resilience, and the courage to keep going.
